No Smoking Indoors – Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed if violated.
Caution on Stairs – Please be careful when using the stairs to avoid slipping.
Loss or Damage of Property – In case of loss or damage to provided amenities or facilities, compensation will be required.
No Pets Allowed – Pets are not allowed. If brought, entry will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
Safety Precautions – Please prioritize safety when using the facilities. The guesthouse is not responsible for accidents caused by personal negligence.
Nearby Amenities – Restaurants, convenience stores, and other facilities are available around the hotel.
Only Registered Guests Allowed – Only those listed on the reservation are allowed to stay.

Refund Policy

If you cancel after making a reservation, the full payment amount will be deducted.


Up to 7 days before the stay:	No cancellation fee.
6 days before the stay	10% of the payment will be deducted.
5 days before the stay	30% of the payment will be deducted.
4 days before the stay	40% of the payment will be deducted.
3 days before the stay	60% of the payment will be deducted.
2 days before the stay	70% of the payment will be deducted.
1 day before the stay or on the day of the stay	100% of the payment will be deducted.

Reservation date changes are subject to the cancellation policy.
